Stimulus ("the app", "we", "us") is a gym progress tracker. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. By using Stimulus you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what's needed to run your account and let you track your training:

• Account information: your email address (and, if you choose, a phone number and a display name). We use passwordless sign-in, so we do not store any password.
• Fitness data you create: exercises, tags, workout sessions, sets, reps, weights, drop sets, RPE, rest times, body-weight entries, and any notes you add.
• Basic preferences: such as your weight unit (kg or lb).

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, financial information, or advertising identifiers. Stimulus contains no ads.

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in (via a one-time code sent to your email/phone).
• To store and display your workout history and progress.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.

3. How your data is stored and protected

Your data is stored securely using our backend provider, Supabase, on managed cloud infrastructure. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account.

4. Service providers

We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the app:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting.
• Resend — sending one-time sign-in codes to your email.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see Delete Account.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

7. Children's privacy

Stimulus is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
