Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Stimulus account and all associated data. Stimulus is a gym progress tracker.

How to request account deletion

1. From the email address registered to your Stimulus account, send a message to support@stimulusfit.app.
2. Use the subject line Delete my account.
3. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all personal and fitness data associated with it, including:

• Your account details (email address, phone number if provided, display name).
• All workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights and drop sets.
• Body-weight entries, tags, and any notes you created.
• Your app preferences.

What data is kept, and for how long

• We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where required by law.
• Active data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of a verified request.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within a further 30 days.
